Cleansing Aura with Crystals
Get yourself comfortable by sitting relaxed on the bed or on the floor where you feel like you want to work.
Choose the crystals that you are drawn to work with.
The crystals that are right for the purpose of this exercise will either make themselves known to you
by calling out to you like a loud ringing or it could be a specific tone that is happening
or it could be that you are drawn to one particular crystal that stands out by stating 'pick me! Pick me!'
That's the crystal that is right for you to use for this exercise, just trust it is the right one.
Now, visualize in your mind's eye you sitting in the same spot along with the crystals
either in a circle around you or noted at the four points of a compass so north south east and west.
Place a crystal on every point and ask them to cleanse your aura.
'Please crystals will you cleanse my aura thank you' or 'please cleanse my aura, thank you'.
Visualize in your minds' eye your aura stretching out around you, embracing you and your crystals.
Visualize your crystal energy engulfing you in a grid. So see one strand of energy from the crystals you have chosen connecting
above your head and embracing you with the healing light that descends into your crown chaka, filling you, then spreading outwards, expanding.
So that it fills your every pore including your aura. Or if you don't want to visualize this,
you can just sit in the spot until you feel that your aura has been cleansed.
Remember to give thanks to the crystals and don't forget to recharge or recleanse them!
